All our products are tested before shipping, in the very unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we will provide you with a brand new replacement.
 
Warranty:
 
All Exodus Alarms, GSM Alarms, GSM Dialers and accessories come with a 2 Year Warranty, all other products including the GSM Camera and CCTV Cameras unless specified all come with a 12 Month Warranty.
Buyers MUST contact us to send defective items back for an exchange within the warranty period.
Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions
as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
This warranty does not cover ANY LOSES incurred from forced entry, visitation or human factors.
 
“No other warranties either express or implied by law are made with respect to these goods".
 
Return - Refund Policy
1. Refunds are only authorised if there is a genuine reason given or if in the unlikely event there is a fault with any of our products, in this case we will offer to replace with a brand new product.
  • If you are unsure about anything and require information or a specific feature about any of our products then Please ask questions before you purchase as we are here to help and guide you with your decision.
2. Items have to be returned with original packages and in the same condition as you received them, NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Defective products must be returned within the warranty period otherwise NO replacement will be made.
    For all returned products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
4. NO REFUND accepted after 10 days from date of shipment of customers order.
5. In ALL cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund.
    We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
6. Any authorised refunds will be made within 7 days upon receipt of the returned item/s.
7. Alarm and Siren installation costs are unrecoverable and will be deducted from any refund
8. Shipping costs are unrecoverable so shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

We certainly believe that Home Security Alarm Systems like car alarms offer a very good deterrent to any unlikely intruder, they are not full proof however in most cases will deter any potential intruders if you do have an alarm system installed.

If intruders our scouting properties and your neighbor has an alarm system and you do not, then odds on you will almost definitely be the one that is broken into, that is a fact as we see this scenario time and time again!
